Mdubane Energy Services firmly believe that our success is enhanced by our ability to give back to our community. To this end we have a number of endeavours that we support.
New Businesses
We support newly established BEE SMME companies in our industry with advice, training and limited financial assistance. Our support will enable these new businesses to operate with our mentoring where potential for growth exists in formally underserved areas and rural towns
Training
We offer training to staff of enterprises that deal with the manufacture of bitumen emulsion products. The training covers many different aspects including safety, quality control and manufacture of bitumen emulsion products. This gives many formally unemployed people the opportunity to develop skills that enable them to improve their lifestyles
Bursaries
Bursaries are offered to young formally disadvantaged people who want to follow a career in the energy sector. These young people will also be able to get the necessary experience required in the industry in one of the companies we recommend.
